Job Description

The Commercial Property Manager will oversee 17 commercial and retail properties in our Real Estate Client's portfolio. This includes field employee supervision, curb appeal, maintenance issues, vendor relations, tenant management, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Building Care
  • Curb Appeal and Preventative Maintenance
  • Maintaining Vacant Spaces
  • Customer service and Tenant Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Lease Compliance
  • Porter Management


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 2 years of Commercial Property Management Experience
  • Valid Drivers License and Passport
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency


Plusses

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Yardi Experience

Salary : $80,000 - $98,000
