Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive community environment across various platforms, including in-app communities and Steam.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute community events, tournaments, and other activities to engage and entertain players.
- Content Creation: Develop and share engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, and social media updates, to keep the community informed and excited.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze player feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and communicate these insights to the development team.
- Support: Provide timely and effective support to community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent community experience.
- Monitoring: Monitor community forums, social media channels, and other platforms to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in the video game industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Steam and other gaming platforms, as well as familiarity with popular video games and gaming culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Passion: A genuine passion for video games and a deep understanding of the gaming community.
- Bilingual: Able to translate and write between English and Chinese (Simplified)
