Job Description
As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating diagnostic equipment to produce high-quality images, explaining the process to patients, and working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate diagnostic equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Explain the process to patients and interview them for medical history.
- Position patients on the scan table and establish an IV site for contrast infusion.
- Administer oral, rectal, and IV contrasts according to protocols.
The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or one to three years of formal training in Radiologic Technology, completed competency-based training in CT, and 1-2 years of job-related experience.
