Job Description
Our aerospace client is looking for a Senior CNC Programmer and Operator. In this role, you’ll read blueprints, determine necessary tools, and program CNC machines using NX CAM. You’ll run simulations to ensure accuracy and operate multi-axis, live-tool lathes, and 3-axis and 5-axis mills. Additionally, you’ll mentor and train less experienced team members.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation, preferably with NX CAM. Proficiency with Mori-Seiki and Haas machines is essential. Leadership or mentorship experience is important, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Previous aerospace industry experience is a plus.
