6-month contract-to-hire (Will be converted to FTE at completion of contract).
Must Haves :
- Minimum of 3 -6 years of Project Coordinating or Project Management within the Industrial Construction space.
- Familiarity with Primavera / P6 for scheduling purposes - can take a certificate in P6 in lieu of work experience
- Experience with construction estimating (Winest software or similar)
- Experience with construction management software (InEight preferred; can accept similar software experience
- High School Diploma
Day to Day : An employer is looking for a Construction Planner to join their team in Mulberry, Florida. This person will be responsible for supporting project set up and light project coordination on current projects in the industrial construction space. They will be supporting mechanical piping, structural steel, and civil structural concrete projects for a turnkey contractor. Day-to-day responsibilities will include transferring project estimates into construction management software, project scheduling via P6, billing and various project coordination tasks. This position may include light fieldwork in the local area. They will be handling at least 1 to 2 projects at a time.
