- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific health and safety plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 and EM385 standards
- Write and review accident prevention plans and hazard analysis plans
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure they are following safety protocols and using the correct equipment
- Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for all site personnel/subcontractors
- Lead daily site and safety briefings for all workers
- Investigate and report on any incidents or near-misses
- Provide training and support to site personnel on health and safety practices
