What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Inspector position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is searching for a Construction Inspector to support one of our clients on a DoD construction project at Dover AFB. This individual would provide quality assurance construction inspection services. This includes, but is not limited to: - Review and develop draft responses for all construction submittals for Government use (e.g. shop drawings, product data, testing data, etc.). - Review and develop draft Government responses for the Construction Contractor’s submitted Requests-For-Information (RFIs). - Confirming accuracy of the RFI information based on current site conditions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Civil Engineering Degree
5 years of construction experience with 3 years of DoD experience.
Able to obtain NAVFAC or USACE Quality Construction Management Certification
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
NAVFAC or USACE Quality Construction Management Certification
Weekly direct deposit overtime pay
