Experience with HelpShift for content management would be a plus
How to, troubleshooting content for their players - self help step before reaching out to support team
As they have added more products this has been a burden on Kyle
None primary responsibilities - helping craft customer service macros for customer service to use
There may also be some interaction with their legal team, some articles may go under review from legal compliance team and integrating feedback into their drafts
Goal is to supplement marketing content creation
Update existing content
Someone who execute and produce
Work Projects / content related to Pokmon Go and Ingress regarding how to play the game. Updating forums, graphs, FAQs,
