A client in the Pacific Northwest area is looking for a Box Administrator to join their team! This is a direct hire, full time position that will be a hybrid onsite working environment. As a Box Administrator you will be responsible for the continuous implementation of Box throughout the organization and ensuring box is integrated with both internal and external tools. Currently box has been integrated, but there are a lot of tools that box still needs to be integrated with, and this person will lead this charge. The breakdown of this role will consist of communicating with both technical and non-technical users as well as employees of all levels, therefore we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams. As a Box Administrator 25% of your role will consist of support tickets for box through a ticketing system. As Box continues to be rolled out in this organization you will be responsible for troubleshooting tickets, ticket analysis, and providing support. In addition, you will also ensure this organization is up to date with feature releases and software update processes pertaining to box. There is also a large portion of this role that included account management, reports generation, and the integration of 3rd party app process flow. In addition, we are looking for someone to help this organization with technology adoption of box and can help guide users with best practices and standards for box and hold office hours to ensure.
Location: Vancouver, WA - HYBRID, 3 days onsite per week

Requirements:
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a Box Administrator or similar Content Management Platform
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with other departments and employees of all levels; ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
- 3-4 years of experience: creating/managing/deleting user accounts, configuring security settings, running reports, providing support, and running box integrations with other tools
- 3 years of experience with Library Sciences or Knowledge Management: managing, organizing, and maintaining data content
- Experience with security policies around box to ensure data and documentation remains secure
- Experience with Libraries Sciences or Learning/Knowledge management
