Contracts Specialist

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate degree in paralegal study is preferred or related paralegal experience in a law firm or with a corporate operation
• Ability to review contracts/agreements and redline with necessary verbiage
• Familiar with legal practices and willing to adapt and learn
• Able to multi-task and perform on deadline
• Works well under fast-paced pressure while maintaining upbeat and positive outlook.
• Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Knowledge of legal customs and practice, including risk management software.
• Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:

• Review, Redline, and Process contracts with clients and vendors for hardware, software, and services
• Assists with corporate contracts, database management, and risk management.
• Assists Attorney and Business Analyst with integral corporate documents and materials, including contracts and agreements.
• Work directly with VP of HR and Business Analyst during corporate transactions Organizes, indexes, and files all legal documents
• Analyze and organize information in order to produce reports.
• Monitor governmental and industry regulations.
• Work directly with other departments to provide legal support as directed.

Compensation:

$40/hr to $50/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
