A manufacturing client of Insight Global is actively searching for a Controller to join their corporate office in Chattanooga, TN. This role involves managing financial operations and reporting, along withcost management analysis for the corporate office and its three branches. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, as they will oversee a team of five individuals in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and purchasing. Additionally, the Controller will handle tax planning and compliance, including preparing trail balances and schedules for external tax preparers, and will provide strategic planning to develop and execute financial strategies. Other responsibilities include assisting with payroll and maintaining internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
