Corporate Support Specialist

  • Insight Global is seeking a Corporate Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist corporate leaders by managing their calendars and events for General Manager level and above.
  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned for General Manager level and above.
  • Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate visitor schedules and accommodations.
  • Plan and prioritize meetings and events for Executives in alignment with Executive and organizational priorities.
  • Prepare documents and presentations for Executive meetings.
  • Arrange travel and assist with expense reports for Executives.
  • Provide regular reporting of projects and activities.
  • Support senior executives outside normal business hours as needed based on executive travel or workload demands.
  • Collaborate with other staff within Insight Global to support job functions as needed.
  • Manage office and facility resources; facilitate necessary approvals, provide directions and contacts.
  • Identify and resolve problems; develop and implement solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to travel, less than 10%.
