Corporate Support Specialist
- Insight Global is seeking a Corporate Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist corporate leaders by managing their calendars and events for General Manager level and above.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned for General Manager level and above.
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate visitor schedules and accommodations.
- Plan and prioritize meetings and events for Executives in alignment with Executive and organizational priorities.
- Prepare documents and presentations for Executive meetings.
- Arrange travel and assist with expense reports for Executives.
- Provide regular reporting of projects and activities.
- Support senior executives outside normal business hours as needed based on executive travel or workload demands.
- Collaborate with other staff within Insight Global to support job functions as needed.
- Manage office and facility resources; facilitate necessary approvals, provide directions and contacts.
- Identify and resolve problems; develop and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Intermediate to Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to travel, less than 10%.
