Corporate Trainer

Travel Requirement : Trainers will work one week on-site training, then work the following week training at locations within a 20 mile radius of the corporate training office.

Compensation : Up to $80K annually

The EHR System / Software trainer is an essential team member who supports clinical staff in their onboarding and initial training prior to working directly with patients. Experience working with EHR / EMR systems is not required to be qualified for this role. The ideal candidate will come from a background of corporate training, teaching, lesson plan development, or similar experience.

Training for this role : Week one, trainers will shadow in-classroom with current EHR System Trainers. Week 2-5, trainers will become credentialed in EPIC System Software (electronic medical record system), attending trainings and examinations in order to achieve their credentialed certification allowing them to teach the system to clinicians. Week 6-12, trainers will do in person shadow, assist in leading classroom trainings and discussions, ultimately getting experience in training for the information needed for clinical staff to be successful. Following this 12 period, trainers will begin their in person class room training and lesson plan development and move into their rotation with at the elbow training support.
