Leonid Capital Partners is seeking a full-time Private Credit Analyst to join the firm. The Analyst candidate will be based in the Huntington Beach office and will report directly to a Senior Associate or Vice President in support of evaluating new investment opportunities, managing the active portfolio, and supporting various ad hoc projects in support of the firm. This position is integral to the Investment team, focusing on origination, investment analysis, due diligence, and presenting recommendations to the investment committee.
Requirements:
- At minimum, 1 year of professional experience, (or 3 months of relevant internship experience for Class of 2024/2025 graduates), within an investment bank or investment firm. Leveraged finance and credit-related experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in accounting, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Confident and assertive in collaborating within a team of highly intelligent, results-oriented professionals.
- Skilled in clearly and directly communicating complex ideas and forming independent opinions and conclusions, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive self-starter with the confidence to ask questions, form independent conclusions, and adapt effectively to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Adept at managing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, market-driven setting.
- Passion for investing in both private and public markets, with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
Compensation: $90k - $110k
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
