Overview
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at a Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in PET scans, diagnostic radiology, and medical terminology. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, including the ER.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans following protocols for patient diagnosis
- Provide diagnostic evaluation of images to radiologists
- Utilize knowledge of physiology to ensure accurate imaging
- Conduct scans for various procedures including mammography and sonography
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in the ER setting
Qualifications
- Previous experience in CT technology and familiarity with PET scans
- Proficiency in diagnostic radiology techniques
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and physiology
- Ability to work efficiently in a Level I Trauma Center environment
- Nice-to-have skills: Mammography and sonography experience
