Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide support through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems, ensuring inbound callers receive the help they need quickly and efficiently. The Customer Care Representative will also ensure all customer issues are dealt within company compliance / policy.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years experience in a customer service role, ideally handling inbound calls
Experience participating in ticket resolution and ensures email inquiries null
