Position: Senior Customer Experience Manager

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL

Rate: 100- 130k per year annual salary.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience in customer experience, order management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, including quoting tools, SAP.

The CX Sr. Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative aspects of the sales process within the company. This role is also pivotal in shaping how customers perceive the brand. By driving initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty, this position contributes to customer retention, and ultimately, revenue growth.

The role includes managing the sales support team, ensuring accurate order processing, pricing accuracy, invoicing. This individual will work closely with the sales team, the Hub, and finance departments including C&C to streamline processes and improve efficiency, ensuring the company meets its sales objectives in compliance with company policies.

This role reports to the VP of Finance, and is responsible for a group of 12 individuals.
