Insight Global is looking for a cohort of sharp, experience Customer Service Representatives to join one of the largest telehealth network of registered dietitians in the country, sitting remotely in the PST, MST, or CST time zone. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5pm PST.
The goal of this company is to help people make healthy changes to their lifestyle by meeting with Registered Dietitians virtually. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will connect local residents with free food aid covered by major insurance companies. This is a free benefit through their specific insurance, and the primary resposibility of this role will be to call eligible candidates to educate them on the client's services and the value of meeting with a Registered Dietitian.
This is a high-outbound call center environment so, to be successful in this role, it's imperative to have prior customer service or sales experience in a high-volume environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities :
- Make high volume outbound calls to potential new members and explain the benefits of utilizing this service through their insurance (an average of 100 calls per day because they are on an automatic dialer)
- Follow a call script without sounding like you are reading off of it- making it sound like your own and be engaging on the phone
- Hit the daily goal of getting 10-15 new members signed up per day
- Address any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as needed
Required skills and experience :
Please note that, to be eligible for this role, you must have your own equipment, be available to start on March 5th and able to work 40 hours per week. This is a longterm contract with a 5-week probationary period with competitive hourly compensation, benefits, and potential to extend longterm.
