We're looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, including enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management and Engagement:
- Manage and nurture relationships with 75–100 clients, ranging from medium businesses to enterprise-level accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless client experience and driving retention.
- ESP Expertise:
- Leverage experience with various email service providers (ESPs) such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, Sendlane, Attentive and others to provide strategic guidance and optimize client campaigns.
- Business Reviews:
- Conduct regular business reviews to analyze client performance, identify opportunities for growth, and align strategies with client objectives.
- Salesforce Tracking:
- Track and manage client interactions, relationship health, and opportunities within Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
- Optimization & Retention:
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within client accounts and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Startup Agility:
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to changes while maintaining high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
