  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in working with ESPs like Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Sendlane.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of clients, including managing large scale enterprise / onboardings
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to conduct and present business reviews.
  • Ability to take ownership of client accounts, focusing on retention and satisfaction.

Revenue Roll is a fast-paced, innovative AdTech startup specializing in email and ad network advertising. We empower our clients with cutting-edge tools and strategies to achieve their goals. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, including enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management and Engagement:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with 75–100 clients, ranging from medium businesses to enterprise-level accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless client experience and driving retention.
  • ESP Expertise:
  • Leverage experience with various email service providers (ESPs) such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, Sendlane, Attentive and others to provide strategic guidance and optimize client campaigns.
  • Business Reviews:
  • Conduct regular business reviews to analyze client performance, identify opportunities for growth, and align strategies with client objectives.
  • Salesforce Tracking:
  • Track and manage client interactions, relationship health, and opportunities within Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
  • Optimization & Retention:
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within client accounts and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Startup Agility:
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to changes while maintaining high levels of professionalism and efficiency.


$80,000 per year annual salary.
