Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our Public Safety Platform team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, coordination, and support of our community. Supporting law enforcement agencies in their mission to enhance public safety through real-time data and technology.
Must Haves :
- 2 years of experience in program coordination or in a customer success management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – relationship management is a vital portion of this role
- Foundational technology understanding : network implementation, IP based networks, access point networks, etc
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Criminal Justice or Public Administration) and / or applicable experience
- Knowledge of law enforcement operations and protocols
