Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic customer support representative to work remotely for a large medical device manufacturer in the Pittsburgh area. This representative will join the customer service team responsible for interacting with the client's internation clinets in the Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Middle East Regions. Daily operations will including interacting with customers, creating RA notifications, processing FCO forms, pulling order data, and running shipment reports. Due to the client interaction in this role, the candidate must be able to pass a drug test.

Skills and Requirements
1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications, specifically an above proficient level of excel
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a fast paced environment
Able to pass a drug test Experience with SAP
Knowledge of trade compliance; exposure to international distribution of products / materials null
