Must Haves:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst within Financial Systems specifically
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data visualization software (PowerBI)
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services .
• Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in, or working with, a finance team.

Day to Day:

The Financial Systems Data Analyst, reporting to the Financial Systems Manager, is responsible for the analysis, design and maintenance of the data within our financial systems. The Financial Systems Data Analyst creates and maintains reports, responds to ad-hoc data queries and works with resources in finance, IT and HR on the implementation and integration of data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business needs and objectives.
• Design, implement and maintain data systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Conduct month end tasks relating to data integrity, consolidation and reporting
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and enrichment processes.
• Provide support to end-users for data-related issues and questions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to data systems.
