Title: Client Data Analyst
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Location: Ridgeland, MI
Pay: $18-25/hour
Duration: 6 month rolling contract
Summary:
As a Client Data Analyst, you will deliver personalized customer experiences by managing and analyzing data related to VoIP users and call flow design. You will play a key role in onboarding new business customers and supporting your team with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze data for VoIP users and call flow design.
- Identify user behavior patterns and preferences on the VoIP platform.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance user experience.
- Provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards are met.
- Share knowledge within the team and across departments.
- Enter accurate information into databases like Salesforce and WebEx Control Hub.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a customer service.
- Self-starter with project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understands business terms and processes.
- Communicates effectively with customers..
- Performs semi-complex data capture.
- Independently solves problems with urgency.
Preferred:
- College degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cisco Webex.
- Experience with telephony, data, or wireless devices.
- Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce
