A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to join their team. Reporting to the IT Director of Data Products and Analytics, this individual will lead the development of high priority data analytics projects that ultimately improve Incytes ability to produce positive patient outcomes. This role will have high visibility from business and IT leadership and will have a direct impact on strategic initiatives to build out a modern data lake platform. This role is part of a rapidly growing team : the successful candidate will have opportunities for expanding responsibility and shaping the future vision of how data and AI are used. The ideal candidate has a blend of data analytics technical expertise, leadership ability, and relevant subject matter knowledge and should be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and highly motivated to grow in responsibility as the team grows, including opportunities for direct people management. There are 2 openings (one permanent role and one contract to hire role) and is hybrid with expectation to be in office 4 days per week in Chadds Ford PA and / or Wilmington, DE.
- Candidates will be expected to pass a technical interview which will include Power BI and PySpark exercises
