Title: Dental Assistant
Location: Camden, NJ 08103
Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm
Duration: Contract to Hire (6 month to hire)
Salary/Rate: $17.50-24/hr
Job Description:
A large healthcare system local to South Jersey is looking to expand their ambulatory clinic. The team is looking for a Dental Assistant to their team. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining surgical instruments and lab equipment, equipment sterilization, positioning of instruments for dentist access, obtaining radiographic imaging, assist with patient support/care following IV sedation, perform x-rays/scan and utilization of an EMR for patient documentation following all standard practices and procedures. Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm - no weekends or holidays
Must haves:
- ACTIVE x-ray license for state of NJ
- 6 months of dental assisting experience

A prominent healthcare system in South Jersey is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join their Comprehensive Care Team. The Center for Comprehensive Health, known for its state-of-the-art patient care, now offers comprehensive oral health services, including general dentistry, dental hygiene, and outpatient oral surgery.
As a dental hygienist, you will collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and office administrators to manage patient appointments and provide personalized care. Your role will involve performing technical skills for oral health, educating patients on oral health maintenance, conducting a range of dental treatments, maintaining equipment, Digital radiography, dental cleanings, periodontal treatments and ensuring patients feel comfortable during their dental visits. The team has 5 operatories with 2 Dentists, 1 Oral Surgeon, and 2 Hygiene rooms.
Must Haves
- Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in NJ – MUST BE ACTIVE
- X-ray license for state of NJ
- 1 year of dental hygienist experience working in the oral surgery or general dentistry field
Salary : $18 - $45
