Title: Healthcare Support Technician
Shift: 8 hours within Monday-Friday 7:00AM- 6:00PM. On call every 12 weeks. 24/7 for 1 week straight
Day to day:
- Trouble shooting consumer services, desktop support, will work on personal computers, workstations, label makers, printers ect. Uses Service Now as the ticketing system. May touch lab equipment, blood equipment, ect. Will work on propriety software, peripheral designed by vendors. Will help C- Suite as well as Doctors, averaging 8-10 tickets a day.
Must haves:
- 2 years’ experience in desktop support.
- Experience with Adobe, and MS products.
- Trouble shooting skills.
- Hardware/Software breakfix
Plusses:
- Hospital experience, or exposure to a healthcare setting.
- Some certifications within IT.
- CERNER experience.
Salary : $23 - $30
