Details:
Title - Desktop Support Engineer
Location - Zionsville, IN 46077
Schedule - Monday through Friday; 8am to 5pm EST (onsite Tuesday - Thursday)
Requirements:
- 5 years Desktop Support experience within a Windows environment
- Strong troubleshooting and break/fix support
- Troubleshooting software applications and software support
- ServiceNow ticketing System or other platform
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Any knowledge and exposure to Microsoft Azure would be highly preferred!
Compensation: $28/hour to $33/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
