Title: Desktop Technician
Location: 4275 Executive Square, La Jolla, CA, 92037, this will be on site 5 days a week so please make sure that you are able to make this commute.
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Interview Time: will receive from techs in 24 hours
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour- conversion salary - 65k- 75k depending on experience.
Must-haves:
- 3 years of experience in a desktop technician role
- Experienced with ticketing systems
- Client uses Sysaid
- Experience with password resets and O365 troubleshooting
- Experience with hardware support, password resets and AV support
- Go-getter/self-starter - you will be the only tech on site in this location
Plusses:
- Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments
Day-to-day:
Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the San Diego area. This role will be on site 5 days a week supporting the San Diego location for in person support as well as supporting other offices within the region remotely. You will be the sole tech member at this location supporting internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues and some conference room set ups. This position is looking to start immediately for a 6 month contract to hire. This person needs to be a self-starter as they will be the sole Desktop Tech in the San Diego location
