The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical and quantitative skills, a proven ability to lead a team, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience administering global benefits plans, assessing positions under FLSA exemption guidelines, and designing and administering comprehensive benefit programs. In-depth compensation design and administration experience is essential.
Job Responsibilities
This role involves leading the strategy and execution of all benefit programs, with a focus on global expansion. You will oversee the design and administration of all benefit, retirement (401k), and wellness programs and initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with existing and forthcoming legislation regarding compensation, benefits, and regulations such as FLSA, ERISA, and ACA. You will manage vendor partner relationships globally, including but not limited to benefits, retirement, LOA, and ergonomics.
