A client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Technology Optimization. The Director will be responsible for developing the strategic vision, technology roadmap, and operating model for our client's enterprise applications, reporting, and data analytics platforms. Candidate will work closely with the primary technology MSP vendor rather than managing their own internal IT team, but they will be leading the strategic technology efforts within the organization. Compensation: $140,000 to $170,000 additional compensation with performance-based bonuses.
Additional duties will include:
- Develop cost/benefit analysis for evaluating enterprise applications and system development projects
- Establish internal/external SLAs and CSAT metrics for operational effectiveness
- Define, evaluate, and optimize business processes leveraging existing or new technologies resulting in measured cost savings across business units
- Define strategies, guidelines, and metrics for the effective use of enterprise data leveraging cross-departmental teams
- Enable growth by utilizing data-driven insights and transformation
Requirements
- 5 Years of Enterprise Application and Data Management Experience including overseeing Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Applied Insights
- Strategic-level leadership experience reporting to the C-suite team and a CEO
- Experienced in M&A including CRM and ERP technical system integrations
- Experienced in vendor management, preferably with MSPs
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
