Insight Global is looking for a Division IT Manager in Hollis, NH, for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. The Division IT Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing division-wide information systems and services. In addition, this candidate will plan and manage resources to deliver the optimum computer solutions and promote systems solutions to management problems. They will be tasked to develop division strategic plans, incorporate enterprise systems solutions, and support Corporate IT directions and goals. This individual will lead a team of direct reports and report to the VP. They will eventually take part in an ERP transformation, leading their local team and working with large support teams from corporate.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading or being a part of an ERP transformation/migration
- Experience working for a company in the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Managerial experience, including team building, mentoring, and hiring
Plusses:
- Masters Degree
- Experience with SAP or SAP S4 HANA
- Understanding of AI automation
- Local to Hollis, NH
Other Responsibilities:
- Develops annual IT plans, including manufacturing and financial applications, resource support, and IT infrastructure.
- Implements and maintains practices and policies for standard operation and performance of the division.
- Directs the implementation and maintenance of systems and services providing essential business functions (e.g. major manufacturing functions, engineering services, or office capabilities).
- Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of these systems or services against the guidelines required to meet user requirements.
- Reviews and maintains the compliance of systems to established standards to assure future flexibility and maintainability.
- Provides professional and timely feedback to the corporation through established channels (semi-annual IT meetings, work groups, technology councils, etc) to identify new business opportunities for information technology applications and investments.
- Provides directly, or through coordination, training of division personnel on information systems used by the division.
- Works on special projects with group and Corporate IT departments.
- Prepares division IT budget plan, forecast, and subsequent implementation.
- Oversees division adherence to Corporate IT standards, directions, and goals.
- Recruits, trains, and develops staff to deploy these services as required.
- Oversees the division-wide ERP platform, driving ongoing transformation and modernization efforts to ensure seamless alignment with Enterprise systems.
Salary : $175,000 - $190,000
