Position: DOT HR Compliance Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (3 Days on site, 2 Days Remote)
$30- $40 Hourly Based On Experience
Duration: 6 Month Contract To Hire

Must Haves:
- 3-4 years of HR Compliance experience
- DOT Compliance experience
- Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance/regulations
- Auditing Files (Ex: Reviewing Delivery Driver qualification files)
- Very familiar with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and DOT requirements
- Any previous experience with company & fleet of drivers
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong Data Analytic experience - MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
Plusses:
- Experience with Beacon or Sterling in the past (for Driver/DOT qualification files)
Day to Day:
- Helping with DOT Compliance Program for a large Shipping & Logistics company
- Helping the team to ensure Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance/regulations are being followed
- Relationship Management
- Auditing Files (Ex: Reviewing Delivery Driver qualification files)
