JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer is looking for an Associate Application Developer to join their team hybrid out of Las Colinas, TX. This person will work on a team with 6 other developers, 3 senior and 3 associate level across NY, Toronto, and DFW. He/she will be working on a loan system and will be responsible for working with the business to gather and analyze business requirements, develop business solutions, and provide support and maintenance on the application/integrations, both 3rd party and homegrown. The team has a daily stand-up meeting and every day will vary--a lot of the work will be heads-down development, but some days will also include meetings with the business for feedback and application strategy. The applications are mostly in C# .NET with React/Redux on the frontend and SQL server. The team is looking for a self-starter who loves to problem solve and is comfortable working independently. Compensation for this role is 140-160k per year annually plus bonus. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include generous paid time off, medical and dental insurance offerings, and 401k.
