$120,000 - $160,000 per year
Job Description
In this role, you will participate in a cross-functional team to develop creative, cost-competitive integration/validation/test solutions for new products at a system and sub-system level. You will interface with system engineering teams and manufacturing to ensure that systems meet all requirements and ship on time.
You will be responsible for electrical design, including high-speed digital circuit, analog circuit design, micro-computer, FPGA, power switching circuits. You will collaborate with mechanical and firmware design teams to ensure proper integration and validation of systems.
You will also participate in supplier design reviews, selections, etc., drive reliability and quality into the testing processes of all units shipped to customers, and ensure that technical reviews occur in accordance with company processes.
Additionally, you will produce system specification and test acceptance documentation and support factory testing activities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7 years of experience in electrical design engineering
- Experience with PCB Board Layout (Altium)
- FPGA layout/design is a must
- Product testing knowledge
