Insight Global is seeking a Multi-Disciplined Engineer with expertise in electrical engineering (EE), firmware development, product design, manufacturing, and IoT systems. This role requires a hands-on problem solver who can take products from concept to production while integrating cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate will work across multiple engineering disciplines to design, develop, and optimize innovative solutions for our IoT-enabled products
Responsibilities
- Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods
- Test finished products and system capabilities
- Keep necessary equipment operational
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results
Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering degree or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in hardware design, firmware development, and product engineering
- Familiarity in embedded C/C , Python, and Basic based firmware development
- Hands-on experience with PCB design (KiCad, Diptrace)
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication standards and sensor integration.
- Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) best practices
Nice to Have Skills ( Not Required):
- Experience working with IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT, etc.)
What we Offer:
Compensation:
$80,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
