The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex engineering projects, with a particular focus on power plant and hydro plant experience. You will develop and manage project drawings and documentation, interface directly with operations teams, and oversee projects across multiple sites to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Additionally, you will provide technical architecture and design guidance to development teams and monitor integration architecture and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. You will also require excellent technical skills, the ability to manage complex engineering projects, and strong documentation and procedural skills.
