What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level CAD Drafter position at Insight Global?
Our client in Mansfield, MA is looking to bring on a class of EIGHT (8) CAD Drafters to assist in the design and layout of their 5G Transition. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with fully paid training for the first few months! Looking to jumpstart your career with a nationally recognized telecommunications company? Look no further!
The start dates for these openings will be split. Four (4) Drafters will start on March 3rd , and Four (4) Drafters will start on March 17th .
Requirements :
- Associates OR Bachelor's Degree
- 1 Year experience w / CAD, AutoCAD, Solidworks, or similar software for 2D / 3D design
- Technically savvy and able to work in person Monday-Friday (40 hours a week) in Mansfield, MA
Plusses :
Compensation :
20.00 / hr to $21.00 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
