Day to Day
Insight Global’s client has been helping families build their forever homes for 75 years, but they don’t just sell and build new homes. They also provide mortgages to their homebuying customers, manage teams, acquire land, manufacture materials, and provide corporate support to their multi-billion dollar business operations.
As a Closing Officer , you will be focused in the mortgage loan side of our clients business and will spend your first 3 months or so learning their processes while studying for the title insurance and notary licenses required to be a Closing Officer. Upon successful licensure, you will be responsible for managing customer settlements and assisting with the processing of customer files. You will also contribute to the success of our business and impact our customers by leading the branch office’s customer service and customer capture efforts. Day to day includes :
- Connect with customers to discuss the benefits of our client’s services with the goal of earning their settlement business
- Contact all customers to educate them on the benefits of owner's title insurance
- Monitor and conduct settlements, reviewing all transactions and documents and gathering all required signatures
- Create and manage customer service initiatives and provide reporting to branch / operations managers
- Meet quarterly with builder sales representatives and personnel to provide relevant training / information to better inform them in their customer meetings
- Give homebuyers the keys to their new home upon successful loan closure
Required Qualifications
Salary : $62,500 – salary will increase to $65,000 upon receiving title insurance notary licenses!
