Insight Global is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to sit onsite in Downtown Houston, Texas up to 3 days per week. This is a direct hire, salaried role. The EHS Manager will lead environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives within oil and gas production operations. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental laws, including EPA, OSHA, state, and local regulations. Oversee environmental permitting, inspections, and audits. Prepare and submit regulatory reports, water discharge, and waste management documentation. Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies aligned with current standards and regulations. Lead risk assessments and ensure proactive mitigation strategies. Organize and provide training and guidance to employees on HSE compliance and best practices. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and environmental spills, providing root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses (JHAs). Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors. Act as a liaison between management, employees, and regulatory agencies regarding safety concerns.

Compensation:
