We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Epic Analyst to join our large hospital system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching market data, understanding the use and execution of the Healthy Planet application within our healthcare system, managing special projects, providing resolution to end users, maintaining the application, and optimizing workflows. This role also involves managing multiple application projects and serving as a project lead for certain initiatives involving Healthy Planet.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough research on market data to inform application improvements and strategic decisions.
Application Expertise: Understand and execute the use of the Healthy Planet application within the healthcare system to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Project Management: Manage special projects related to Healthy Planet, ensuring timely and successful completion. Serve as a project lead for specific initiatives, coordinating with various stakeholders.
End-User Support: Provide resolution to end users by troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and offering guidance on application usage.
Application Maintenance: Maintain the Healthy Planet application, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and functioning efficiently.
Workflow Optimization: Analyze and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the healthcare system. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Healthy Planet application.
