Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Dispatches: Respond to customer and field dispatches to determine the root cause of service or repair needs.
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot Equipment Failures: Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment failures with support from the home office engineering team.
- Install and Test New Equipment: Install, commission, and test new equipment while completing detailed job reports for both internal and external purposes.
