ERP Application Analyst

Insight Global is seeking to hire an Application Analyst to support a enterprise healthcare customer based in Maryland. This individual will be responsible for support services related to an Infor implementation. This individual will act as the primary liaison between the users and technical teams. They will travel to facilities throughout the state to help drive user adoption and provide in person support to stakeholders in Finance, Supply Chain and HR departments across the system. Direct technical support and analysis will be performed elbow to elbow with the users and collected feedback and product related issues will be submitted into ServiceNow for remediation by the technical team. Documentation of reported issues and trend analysis will be performed to provide recommendations on potential solutions to the technical team. This individual must have a customer service based mindset and seek to problem solve in real time for the teams they support.

Location:

• Must be willing to travel on-site to locations throughout Maryland at hospitals or corporate locations.
• Mileage is reimbursed

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent professional experience
• Hands on technical support and troubleshooting for Infor ERP modules
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating into technical documentation
• Prior experience supporting an ERP system implementation or feature rollout; highly prefer Infor
