Position: ETL Developer
Location: New York City - in office 2x a week
Duration: 18-month contract to Permanent
Pay Rate: $59/hr. - $62/hr. on W2 (Full Benefits: health, dental, vision, & 401k)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with expert-level SQL capabilities and hands-on experience in Alteryx, Knime, and Tableau. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicating results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries and database structures for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Leverage Alteryx and Knime to prepare, blend, and analyze diverse data sets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver impactful insights.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders through written reports, visualizations, and presentations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data processes and reporting workflows.
Compensation:
$59/hr. - $62/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
