Insight Global looking for an Event Sponsorship Sales Consultant to join our leading events client in the FinTech space.

Your Role : You will focus on driving growth from smaller accounts within our portfolio. If you are passionate about sales, events, finance, and technology, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets and KPIs.

Drive growth in revenue from retention accounts across multiple revenue lines for client within the assigned account list.

Manage direct relationships with customers in various categories, including banking, payments, technology, and professional services.

Develop and execute comprehensive account growth plans.

Arrange and attend meetings with senior-level / key decision-maker prospects, make presentations, draft proposals, and handle objections.

Produce detailed proposal presentations for clients and develop new inventory and tailored commercial solutions from across the clients portfolio.

Negotiate deals, generate agreements, and secure signed contracts promptly.

Liaise with internal teams, including marketing, creative, finance, operations, and customer experience.

Provide consistent information and guidance to prepare clientele for maximizing their impact at client event shows. Network consistently with clients at industry events, competitive trade shows, and customer-hosted events. Occasional travel, primarily to client events.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-4 Years experience in a revenue generating role
  • Experience in a Account Management, Sales Development or Customer Success role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to mid and senior-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to research client goals and shape proposals to meet them.
  • Expertise in Salesforce utilization for account and pipeline management and reporting.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and / or MS Office tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in event sponsorship sales

Experience working in Fintech, finance or technology fields

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
