Insight Global is looking for a leader in the clinical world to take on the role of Executive Director (Registered Nurse, RN) with one of the largest hospice agencies in the country.
The Hospice Executive Director supervises all aspects of patient care, all activities of professional staff and allied health personnel, regulatory requirements compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance performance improvement activities for agency. The Executive Director will be available on-site during business hours and additionally, if needed.
The incumbent will manage the current field staff members and will be responsible for growing the census and coverage of the agency. The coverage area of the agency is a 50 mile radius of Portland, OR.
Required Skillset / Experience :
- 2 Years in healthcare leadership
- Valid RN license in the state of OR
- Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance
The targeted yearly salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 based on relevant experience incentive bonuses.
