Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences and support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and other channels, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer pain points, improving overall satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, often involving multiple stakeholders and parties.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 12PM – 9 PM, with weekends required and 2 consecutive days off midweek.
Hourly Compensation:
$16.
