Facilities Architect

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

• Experience in architectural design and construction practices.
• Knowledge of building codes, land use, and zoning laws.
• General experience in architectural construction administration and construction cost estimating.
• Skills in the preparation and review of construction documents.
• General knowledge of construction contracts and contract law.
• Knowledge of architectural professional practice procedures.
• Skills in appropriate human relations with expertise in communication; excellent customer service / team player.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to other duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of building and material sciences.
• Skills in project management software such as Smartsheet, Bluebeam, AdobeSign, ProjectMates.

Salary range is $90,000 to $95,000 annually and is commensurate with experience.
