Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the creation of a brand-new manufacturing plant in Glendale, KY.
This position involves working closely with engineers, technicians, and operators to understand project needs and optimize current production processes. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage annual maintenance/repair plans and budgets
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
- Optimize current production processes and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3 years of Utilities/Facilities Engineering experience within a manufacturing setting
- Prior experience establishing and managing annual maintenance/repair plans and budgets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Gas boiler, NMP-related certification preferred
