Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including collection of rent, accruals, payment of expenses, common area maintenance estimates, tune-ups, reconciliations, compliance with lease terms, and preparation of all related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer lease agreements, respond to customer requests, and coordinate with the Property Management and Technical Operation Teams to solve issues.
- Select and oversee vendor services, prepare request for proposals and service agreements, monitor vendor performance, and maintain relationships with Asset Managers and Technical Operations Teams.
