Day to Day:
The Facilities Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a large life sciences client. This role involves managing a team of 6, including 2 Building Engineers and 4 Maintenance Technicians, ensuring all HVAC systems and other critical infrastructure are functioning optimally. The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling, team management, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Compensation:
$110,000/yr to $130,000/yr.
